It is a single-origin decaf was grown by a single farmer and his family in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia and naturally decaffeinated through the Swiss Water process. It’s a rare decaf “natural”, meaning that the coffee was dried with the fruit on rather than washed off.

About The Grower
Organically grown by a single-farmer in Yirgacheffe, Gelgelu Edemi, the farmer is 70 years-old and has used his coffee income to raise and send his 11 children to university.
