Total Eclipse Decaf - Dark Roast
Uncover the sweet secrets of this mysterious decaf dark roast, that houses notes of walnut, baker’s chocolate, and rich molasses. The beans are decaffeinated with only water, mostly via the Swiss Water Process. This triple threat (a combination of Ethiopian, Colombian, and Brazilian coffees) is our darkest brew yet!
Stormy nights, space travel, fans of a certain ‘80s pop ballad and mornings when you need something with a little more edge
Why We Love It
Sometimes it’s fun to hone in on your dark side or pair your coffee with milk! Also, when Savorista Founder Kait and her husband were on the decaf quest, they enjoyed a fantastic eclipse in Rwanda.
About the Grower
This blend of coffees was grown by farmers in Colombia, Brazil and Ethiopia. These three coffee giants come together to produce one cohesive roast that is full-bodied and full of rich flavors. Because why choose one grower when you can have them all?

Deep well rounded full body, nuanced flavor. One of most enjoyable coffees I have brewed. I use a french press and heat the water with a Fellow Stag pour over kettle with thermometer. I enjoy this coffee so much that I have a subscription to keep Total Eclipse coming.
I haven’t gotten it yet.
I have not yet had a chance to try the coffee, so I can't offer an honest review. I hope to try it this weekend.
It's impossible to tell that this is a decaf coffee, and the dark roast flavor is complex, smooth, and not at all acidic. It's now one of my favorite Savorista coffees.
